Alexis HC started as an athlete in Bodybuilding competitions with only 23 years where that first year he was Champion of Madrid, Champion of Castilla la Mancha, Champion of Francisco del Hierro and a year later he was proclaimed champion of Spain of IFBB.
Since then he has not stopped achieving success as an athlete where in the 2018/2019 season he has been the most important in his international record.
Finally, in 2019, it was 2nd in the IFBB 2019 Bodybuilding World Ranking with 46 points and with this record I get the professional card after many years of dedication, effort and sacrifice.

Alexis HC is an expert in competition preparation with more than 20 years in the fitness industry. It has helped hundreds of people achieve their health, fitness and competition goals. As athletes and coaches, we teach from experience and we know what it takes to become a champion and achieve personal excellence.
Our training has proven to be one of the most effective ways to prepare for fitness competitions in the world. We have helped our AXS family win hundreds of awards in all disciplines and competition categories, from regional to professional level, and IFBB Pro card ratings.

From the beginning as an athlete, ALEXIS HC began his training as a sports and nutritional coach to acquire the best possible preparation and knowledge by applying it to his sports career. Later, thanks to all his experience and degrees acquired, he has made presentations at Universities, courses and seminars throughout Spain.

Alexis HC has been a collaborator of Pablo Motos' El Hormiguero program for more than 4 years, sharing the set with stars such as Channing Tatum, Jessica Chestein and Cristina Pedroche.
He has also made collaborations in programs such as "Guess who's coming tonight" with Jorge Zamorano, the strongest man in Spain,
"La Noche de Rober" presented by Roberto Vilar where he was with Leo Harlem and Dani Martin.
